Honorable EVOCATI members,

Haildair is EVOCATI's first level 60 member. Congratulations!!!
Haildair has achieved the rank of Prefect and gains from that
partial Officer's privileges. Like access to Officer's chat meaning that
he may listen AND speak to provide the Officer's with advice on decisons
to be taken with regard to events and future development of EVOCATI.
